 The Theatre Organ Society of San Diego (TOSSD) welcomes the opportunity for you to become an active member of our Chapter.
TOSSD member benefits
- The opportunity to enjoy the programs presented by TOSSD at a discounted rate
- Subscription to the bi-monthy newsletter "Posthorn" which keeps members up-to-date on current events and programs
- The opportunity to play our very own 'Mighty WurliTzer' theatre pipe organ during 'Open Console' sessions
- Members can attend "field trips" and/or outings to other theatre organs estblishments and installations
- Opportunities to work "hands-on" in the restoration process of an actual theatre pipe organ
- Attendance in education events such as music seminars or workshops
- Participation at Hospitality Sundays or other scheduled social events
Member have many other ways to volunteer with TOSSD such as:
- to help put on programs
- to act as staff at publicity activities
- to work on committees to improve the chapters functions.
