Chapter Events • 2010
Here is our schedule for TOSSD's Concert Series for 2010. Those events highlighted in yellow are not part of the Concert Series, but are 'special events' as noted in the details within each box.
Series ticket holders will have a special entrance and will be checked in, so please bring your Series card for each event. Also, when you purchase a Series ticket, you will receive an additional two free tickets, which you can use to introduce a prospective member (or two) to our programs.

| Lew Williams - A Native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Lew began playing the organ at age ten and started formal piano studies five years later. He is a frequent soloist at conventions of both the American Guild of Organists and the American Theatre Organ Society.
He was named Organist of the Year by ATOS in 1988. Since 1995, Lew has been a staff organist at Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa, AZ. He has been very well-received in his previous appearances here in San Diego. His style is unique, and he is known for getting many unusual effects form the instrument.

| The Theatre Organ Society of San Diego (TOSSD) presents its semi-annual Silent Movie Night featuring the artistry of "theatre organist of the year for 2009", Christian Elliott, enhanced by a pre-show viewing of vintage cars driven to the site by members of the Antique Automobile Club of America on Saturday. Patrons are invited to enjoy a free peek at the classic cars starting at 6:00 p.m.
Three silent films, with live organ accompaniment begin at 7 p.m. The films are Laurel & Hardy in "Big Business" and "Two Tars" along with a Harold Lloyd feature film, "For Heaven's Sake".
- 'Free peek' at the classic cars starting at 6 pm
- Tickets are available at the door for $12
- Military members are free, as are children under 16 with a paid adult
- Parking is free in the Trinity Hall parking lot
